Summer Fun Registration Starts in March

UPDATE 3/17/2020: Summer Fun Registration has been postponed due to COVID-19 concerns. More information will be posted on this page when it becomes available. 


The City of Harrison Recreation Commission’s Summer Fun Program is a six-week program designed to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being and development. The goal is to provide opportunities for local children to participate in outdoor, civic, and educational activities which will enhance their growth, self-confidence and independence, while socializing and making new friends.

Summer Fun is June 9, 2020 through July 23, 2020, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm.  There is no Summer Fun the week of July 4. The program is open to children who are currently in kindergarten through fifth grade.  Enrollment is limited and is on a "first-come, first-serve" basis.  

Registration is $50 and includes a Summer Fun T-shirt.  Sign-Ups will be at the Harrison Community Center, multi-purpose room on these dates:

March 21, 2020  
10 am - 12 pm

March 26, 2020
6 pm - 8 pm
