LendEDU has ranked the City of Harrison as one of the fastest growing, yet most affordable cities in Ohio and the U.S. Harrison is projected to grow by 16.76% over the next five years and the median monthly home cost in Harrison is $1,346, which means it’s still very affordable despite trending on the real estate market.

The cities on this list, like Harrison, are not only the fastest-growing in the entire country but are also still very affordable for homebuyers that plan on taking out a mortgage, which makes them terrific locations to purchase a home, start a family, and eventually turn a profit on when it’s time to sell.

Reviewing the most up-to-date data for over 25,000 cities, LendEDU ranked the top 1,000 U.S. cities that are projected to grow the fastest over the next five years and then ranked those 1,000 cities according to median monthly home cost, which includes mortgage payments plus utilities. These figures ranked Harrison no. 319 in the entire country and no. 4 in Ohio.

Harrison, Ohio is a wonderful place to raise a family, relax in retirement or start a new beginning. The City has compiled a list of resources for people interested in moving to Harrison.

LendEDU started in 2014 as an information site and marketplace for private student loans and student loan refinancing. Since then, LendEDU has expanded into a number of products and now helps people compare and learn about student loans, personal loans, mortgages, home equity loans, credit cards, insurance, small business loans, and more. You can see the full report here.
