The Harrison Mayor's Fund will review applications for holiday assistance during the month of November. The Mayor's Fund traditionally partners with local churches and schools to provide assistance in the form of food, clothing, winter coats and toys to hundreds of families.
Families who reside in the Southwest Local Schools District and demonstrate financial need may be eligible for assistance. Applicants should visit the Harrison Community Center (300 George Street, Harrison, Ohio) on one of the following dates. A photo ID and proof of residence (such as a bill for utilities, insurance or cable) must be presented. Masks must be worn inside the Community Center.
- November 4, 2020, 9 a.m. - noon and 5-7 p.m.
- November 11, 2020, 9 a.m. - noon and 5-7 p.m.
- November 18, 2020, 9 a.m. - noon and 5-7 p.m.
