The Harrison Community Center (300 George Street) will reopen to the public Monday, May 3, 2021 for regular hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Senior lunches will be offered starting Wednesday, May 5 and are listed on the senior center calendar.
During regular hours, the Utility and Building and Zoning offices will be open for customer walk-in services. All visitors must wear masks and maintain social distancing as prescribed by Hamilton County and the State of Ohio.
The multi-purpose room will be open for senior lunches on weekdays at 11:30 a.m. Only 40 lunches will be served so reservations must be made by calling (513) 367-0649. Only family members may sit together while social distancing is observed, and masks used when not eating. The activity/card room will not be available for socializing at this time.
Not-for-profit community groups will be permitted to reserve meeting spaces on weekday evenings (except for Tuesdays) beginning May 3 between 6:00 and 8:45 p.m. The rooms available include the large multi-purpose room (50 people maximum), the north conference room #119 near utility entrance (16 people maximum), and the small conference room #110 near the main entrance (8 people maximum). The Senior Citizen activity/card area is not available for reservation. To reserve a room, a reservation form and supplemental facility use agreement must be picked up from the receptionist and submitted for approval. All rules must be adhered to. The supplemental form outlines the responsibilities of the user and guests to comply with all County and State Health Department COVID-19 safety guidelines.
