City of Harrison residents will see five City Council candidates on the ballot for the Nov. 2, 2021 election. Voters can choose four candidates, who will each serve a four-year term.
The candidates for Council on the Nov. 2 ballot are: Joe Combs, Lexis Dole, Ryan Grubbs, Mike Mains and Jerry Wilson. Voters can learn more about the candidates during a forum provided by Greater Harrison Chamber of Commerce and Register Publications Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. The Candidate Forum is at Legacy Christian Church (216 N. Sycamore Street, Harrison, OH). It will also be live streamed on the Chamber's Facebook page.
Residents can check their voter registration status and find their polling location through the Hamilton County Board of Elections.

The legislative powers of Harrison are vested in a Council of seven members, with the Mayor serving as President of Council and presiding over all Council meetings. The Mayor, who is also chief executive and administrative head of the City, is decided every four years.
City Council meetings are open to the public and occur the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers (300 George St., Harrison, OH). The meetings are live streamed on Time Warner channel 4 and replayed Mondays at 11 p.m. on channel 15 and Sundays at 3 p.m. on channel 17. Meetings can also be viewed on the ICRC-TV website.
