The City of Harrison has a new utility billing system that gives residents more information at their fingertips.
“We hope residents will find it user friendly and embrace all the features it offers,” said Finance Director Kim Downey.
The system is called BS&A Online. To get started, residents should have their utility account number, which can be found on their bill delivered via U.S. mail or email. Then, the resident should start on this page and follow the prompts. This is a one-time step to set up the account. After that, residents simply log in.
While logged in, residents can view their current utility bill broken down between refuse, sewer, storm water and water. One-time payments can be made and recurring payments can be set up.
By clicking on additional account information, residents can view their water meter reading, read type, usage and payment history. The information is available in a printable format. There is also a usage history chart to see if there was a problem or unusual read.
Anyone with questions is encouraged to contact the Utility Department at (513) 367-3728.
