The City of Harrison collects a 1 percent earnings tax (income tax) from all residents, employees, and businesses living, working and/or located within the City limits. Residents and employers should file and pay income taxes through the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) www.ritaohio.com.
City of Harrison income tax is separate from the Southwest Local School District’s income taxes and must be filed separately.
